Return Policy

At KingsBazar we ensure our honorable customers with the utmost satisfactory service. If the product you purchased does not meet the advertised satisfactory level, you can opt for an instant return to the delivery person without bearing any expense. After receiving the order if it fails to meet your expectations, you can opt-in to return the product within 3 working days, but you have to send the product back to us, at your own expense. Please kindly contact us via e-mail, or our customer service giving us a heads up before sending a product back. Please note that the cost of the initial shipping charges is non-refundable. In the circumstances, that you have received a faulty or damaged product from us, kindly do not accept the product when such circumstances are faced. Kindly send the product back to the delivery man, and we will proceed to process the refund or replacement of the product after receiving the item back, which may take up to 5-10 business days. Once we have received the returned item, the claimed to be faulty product will be thoroughly inspected by the quality assurance team to comprehend if all required return policy requirements are met.

Some Important Points to be Focused on :

– The return policy is only applicable when the product delivered to you is a defective one, or the product is a product other than the one described on the site.

– In the case that you have changed your mind, and don’t want the product after delivery, then you have to return the product back to us at your own expense, and responsibility, and we will work on a refund, if and only if, the product is still in a sellable condition.

– If the product shows any sign of defect outside the given time of our policy, then kindly look into the warranty service provided by the respective companies of your purchased product.

– For products that have installation service provided with it, please DO NOT open the product WITHOUT the supervision of an KingsBazar representative. If you do, and anything happens to the product, then, in that case, KingsBazar is in no way responsible for it and you will NOT be refunded.



In case of returns, the customer should follow the following points to get any possible refunds :

– IMEI/name/image/brand/serial number/article number/barcode should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible

– All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.

– The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and in perfect quality. Warranty seals (wherever applicable) should not be removed. Before returning a Mobile/Laptop/Tablet, the device should be formatted and iCloud accounts should be unlocked for iOS devices.

– The product (including SIM trays/charging port/headphone port, back-panel etc.) should not be damaged in any physical way. It should be without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.

– Product’s original packaging/box should not be damaged.
